We were moving from out of province due to work transfer. We were using another realtor for few weeks who wasn’t able to show us houses within our price range or what we are looking for as a family. Then we got referred to Josie who was able to show us few comparable homes with the price range the specs we were looking for. She also was very helpful in advising us which neighborhood and school district would be suited for us. We were able to find the house we were comfortable with and within our price range. Josie was also able to provide us with advice around the house market conditions so we can make an informed decision.
